NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Australian Parachute Federation Ltd Members will be held on 7th May 2024 at 2pm AEST.
The AGM will be a virtual meeting as it allows the greatest number of members to participate. Local members are welcome to attend the APF Office Boardroom.
Address: Portal Office West, Unit 3/2994 Logan Road, Underwood, QLD 4119.
All Members are hereby invited to participate at the Annual General Meeting.

- Record of attendance (proxy/postal/electronic voting) / apologies
- Disclosure of Company Directors’ Interests
- Confirm Minutes of the 2023 AGM
- Business Arising From Previous Minutes
- Report from the Chair of the Board (refer Annual Report)
- Report from the Chief Executive Officer (refer Annual Report)
- Receive statement of accounts and auditor’s report for 2023
- Explanation for proposed replacement of APF Constitution (refer to attachment)
- Special Resolution: THAT the Constitution of Australian Parachute Federation Ltd (click here for a copy) be revised and amended according to the red coloured markups shown in the document contained in Annexure A in this notice.
- Answer questions from members submitted prior to the AGM: At the discretion of the chair, questions submitted electronically prior to the meeting will receive an individual or collective response. This may come either before, during or after the meeting, either verbally or via email, by the Chair or by a person designated by the Chair. Questions not submitted in advance will be dealt with at the discretion of the Chair.
Questions from members prior to the AGM should be lodged with the Returning Officer in advance, but no later than 2pm (AEST) 3rd May 2024.

Electronic and Postal Voting shall be in accordance with the APF Election and Voting Regulations and must be remitted to Returning Officer, Jenny Larkin (at the APF Office) 48 hours before the scheduled commencement time.
