Definition of a an Intermediate 4-Way Team:

To be eligible to enter this event, two of the team must not have won Inter or competed in the Open or AA 4-Way event at the National level during the last five (5) years. The other two members and the videographer have no restrictions. 

APF Reimbursement:

  • Register as a team with the APF,
  • All team members must be full, current APF members (Inc. videographer and coach), 
  • Fit the criteria as an APF intermediate team (see definition below), 
  • Maintain the team to at least 3 original starting members through out the comp 
  • Keep the same coach through out the comp 
  • Up to $1000 can be claimed back upon application to the APF
  • Reimbursement is for coach fees, coach slots and camera slots only (receipts must be provided to claim)
  • Any claim must be made on the official claim form
  • Reimbursement is only payable up to $1000 to teams that complete at least 4 rounds of E - League competition

Prizes: 

1st Prize - Gold Medal, 20 jump tickets and 1 hour tunnel

2nd Prize - Silver Medal and TBA

3rd Prize - Bronze Medal and TBA

 

General Rules:

  • The competition will be judged and governed as per the current APF Sporting Code
  • The competition is for intermediate Formation Skydiving 4 - way only 
  • There will 10 jumps released and teams will have 3 months to complete them. The 10 jumps will be drawn and released to the team captain prior to the start of the competition
  • Only jumps from the selected dive pool can be judged
  • Teams will have from January 1st until March 31st to upload the videos that are to judged. You do not have to complete all 10 jumps to be awarded a place but
  • Teams must submit at least 4 E - League competition jumps to claim any reimbursement 
  • Teams can up load their comp jumps as they are completed and they will be judged by APF Judges accordingly. Jumps not uploaded by March 31st, 2016 are not eligible for judging 
  • The winners will be determined by the team who has scored the most points at the end of the 3 month period (videos of any completed jumps must be up loaded to the scoring portal by March 31st, 2016)
  • A jump off will be drawn if there is a tie for 1st, 2nd or 3rd places. The cost of a jump off is the burden of the teams jumping off
