With the upcoming 200-Way HD World Record attempt in August, BURN Perspective's Scott Hiscoe ran a training camp last month at Skydive Ramblers, focusing on vertical bigway flying.
BURN Perspective
BURN Perspective have risen to the forefront of the Australian skydiving scene in recent years, delivering top-quality skills camps across Australia with particular focus on angles and dynamic flying. However, this year BURN have expanded their skills camps to include vertical formation skydiving, the discipline that seemingly got lost in the shadows for a while behind the ever growing popularity of angle flying, but is now making a comeback.

With the upcoming 200-Way Head Down World Record attempts in August, who better to lead a vertical skills camp than the Australian world record organiser and selector, two-time World Record Holder and VFS World Championship bronze medalist, Scott Hiscoe.
The Event
"On May 10-11 we had 16 jumpers from all over the country and 1 overseas visitor from Singapore gather at Skydive Ramblers for the BURN Bigway event. The event was organised and delivered by Scott Hiscoe in preparation for the upcoming 200 way world record attempts in August, with a handful of flyers looking for a world record invitation, while the others were just looking to sharpen up their bigway VFS skills.

Unfortunately the weather caused us dramas, living up to the 'Scotty Curse' of cloud camps. Nonetheless the crew still managed to get 8 jumps over the weekend picking any hole they could find in the clouds. Everyone learnt a lot and the progression was insane - the last jump was 1 grip off a complete formation.
Thanks everyone for making the effort and for your patience with the weather. Thanks to Skydive Ramblers for hosting us and making every effort possible to get us jumping, even starting at 6:30am one day just for us - legends!"
