As soon as the legal formalities were completed, Nerissa (Riss) Anderson joined the APF Board representing APF and the best interests of all members nationally. Riss is well known for her skydiving accomplishments since she started AFF in 2007. Perhaps less known are her impressive academic credentials, it is the latter that will serve her well as she settles into the role of Company Director. The role requires a huge amount of reading and analysis. Riss will be one of the first beneficiaries of APFs new mentoring and induction system. This scheme was approved by the Board earlier this year in response to feedback from other first term Directors. They want to leave APF better than they found it, and it is clear that Riss feels the same!
