Acquittal Requirements

Event Media

You will need to provide at least 2 high-quality photographs per event day and, if requested, video footage.
Additional images may be requested showing the event, coaches, or participants.
All media must be suitable for public distribution and reflect the sport positively (no nudity, obscene gestures, etc.).

Media Permission

You confirm that you have permission (or photographer’s permission) for APF to use any submitted photos, videos, or text content.

Event Records

You will be required to provide records of registration. You will likely also be asked to provide manifest logs for any or all days of the event.

Post-Event Article

You will be required to provide an article (approx. 500 words) about the event, suitable for publication via APF E-News or the APF blog.

Acquittal Deadline

All acquittal information must be submitted to APF within 3 months of the event’s conclusion.
Failure to provide this information within the timeframe may result in the application being cancelled and funding denied.

Non-Compliance

APF may recover or refuse to issue funding if any of the above conditions are breached.
