Online renewal forms are only available 3 months before your rating expiry date, and 6 months after (12 months after for Display General only). Outside of these periods you will need to contact the APF office.
Applications for Certificates, Crests and Display ratings not approved and processed within 3 months will automatically be cancelled and removed from the workflow, and applicants will have to submit a new application.
Applications for Instructor ratings and endorsements, Coach appointments and Packer or Rigger ratings not approved and processed within 12 months will automatically be cancelled and removed from the workflow, and applicants will have to submit a new application.
